Prepaid Distribution Product (PDP)
For this product Hi-Tech Gateway prints
the prepaid calling cards, advertises the product, handles customer service and the
distributors get a 22-24% discount on the price of the
prepaid calling cards.
2. Simple Prepaid Wholesale Product (SPWP) For this product Hi-Tech Gateway prints the prepaid calling cards under the Wholesaler's brand name. The Wholesaler is responsible for the distribution, advertising and sales of the calling cards. Hi-Tech handles the customer service on behalf and in the name of the Wholesaler. The Wholesaler gets a 25-28% discount. Hi-Tech Gateway sets the rates, as well as the maintenance and connection fees, however all of these are negotiable depending on the volume.
3. Advanced Prepaid Wholesale Product (APWP) For this product Hi-Tech Gateway gives the Wholesaler the pins, where the Wholesaler prints the prepaid cards with its brand name. The Wholesaler handles the customer service under its own name and is responsible for the distribution, advertising and sales of the cards. The Wholesaler will be entitled to a 30-35% discount. Hi-Tech Gateway sets the rates, as well as the maintenance and connection fees, however all of these are negotiable depending on the volume.
4. Flexible Prepaid Wholesale Product (FPWP) For this product Hi-Tech Gateway gives the Wholesaler the pins, where the Wholesaler prints the prepaid cards with its brand name. The Wholesaler handles the customer service under its own name and is responsible for the distribution, advertising and sales of the cards. The Wholesaler sets the rates, as well as the maintenance and connection fees. Hi-Tech Gateway marks up its wholesale rates by 25% for maintenance and 800 services provided; rates are negotiable depending on the volume.
5. Prepaid Service Provider Product (PSPP) For this product Hi-Tech Gateway provides services to the Wholesaler for implementing its own prepaid business. Hi-Tech Gateway gives the Wholesaler the pricelist for calling all the countries including the US (Termination Cost). Hi-Tech Gateway also gives the Wholesaler the origination pricelist from 800 numbers (Origination Cost). The cost to the Wholesaler is calculated by the Total Cost to the Wholesaler = Termination Cost * Length of Conversation + Origination Cost * (Length of conversation + Setup time). Conversation time begins when the customer is connected to the destination. Setup time is the time it takes the customer to enter the pin code after connecting to the system. Even if the customer drops the call, for busy or no answer calls, the Wholesaler is being charged for the setup time. Wholesalers handle customer service under their own name, they set up the rates, as well as the maintenance and connection fees. Hi-Tech Gateway is charging a flat fee of $5000 for maintenance plus a flat fee of $1000 dollars for every 250,000 minutes of traffic.
