Hi-Tech Gateway can integrate your local and long distance enterprise voice, video, data and Internet over a simple, efficient next-generation network … The Sprint DSL.

The Sprint DSL is a robust version of the next generation of “converged” networks. It integrates data, video, and local and long distance voice on a single access facility, making it possible to dynamically allocate and share bandwidth across applications. Sprint takes responsibility for managing the customer’s network service, including the Spring DSL Hub at the customer’s premises. We also provide a network manager at the customer’s site, giving the customer’s telecommunications staff new-real-time control over moves, adds, and changes and on-demand access to performance reports.

With our exclusive partnership with Sprint, we are able to make available to you the Sprint Business DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) provides always-on internet and network access at download speeds up to 50 times faster than a 28.8kbps dial-up modem on a standard analog phone line. There are no dial-up delays or busy signals. Sprint Business DSL technology carries high-bandwidth connectivity over your ordinary phone line.

With Sprint Business DSL, what once took minutes or hours to download will now take just seconds or minutes. You can quickly download graphics, large documents, software, photos, email attachments, and more. The service is ideal for real-time interactive multimedia, broadcast-quality video, distance learning, and video-on-demand.

Total cost of ownership is an enterprise model that identifies all the costs that go into acquiring, installing and managing equipment, networks, applications and transport services throughout the lifecycle of a telecommunications network.

Businesses are now making strategic decisions on how to use, manage and build out their networks. Today’s chief information officer and chief technology officer are generally focused on ensuring that the company’s communications and data infrastructure serves core business needs as effectively as possible within tight budget constraints. Companies are looking for efficiencies that can free up resources to help them meet their goals. These needs drive executives to seek ways to reduce their total cost of ownership.

In short, Sprint DSL customers will benefit from:

  • Management of the WAN from hub to hub
  • Future-proofing through outsourcing part of the network planning and upgrade function to Hi-Tech
  • Greater control and reduced delays by using the network manager
  • Consolidating services and access with Sprint and Sprint DSL Hub.

For large businesses, these factors combine to deliver a savings to total cost of ownership in the network management and personnel category of up to an estimated 15-20% in the short term and up to an estimated 22-27% savings in the long term.

See how your company can benefit from the Sprint DSL:

   Small Business

In the age of evolving and diverse opportunities, defining the difference between a small business and a large business becomes increasingly difficult.

For our purposes, Sprint DSL information as it applies to small business will be the most appropriate if you have one office, or just a few, and spend less than $25,000 a month on telecommunications.

Large Business In today’s e-business environment, the lines between a large business and a small business have blurred.

Generally speaking, Sprint DSL information for large businesses will be most appropriate if your company has many locations, and spends in excess of $25,000 per month on telecommunications.

By implementing Sprint DSL, businesses will be able to free up both human and capital resources and dedicate these resources to meeting other important goals.

We believe there are a few essentials that must be in place at the core of conducting business successfully in our partnership with Sprint:

Teamwork is essential for a large organization such as Sprint to operate effectively.

Strategic Integration is our method of meeting customer needs. It is essential for us to determine what our customers want, honestly evaluate what we currently provide them and gain insight into any gap between the two. We then work toward closing this gap by improving our key processes.

Continuous Quality Improvement depends on individual and team efforts, since improvement often results from thousands of small efforts and a few breakthroughs.

We also need to continuously improve every aspect of our business. It is not acceptable to rest on a plateau or be merely "good enough." If we stop improving - or even slow down - while our competitors continue to improve, we are essentially falling behind.
